Terms & Conditions

Period of Agreement

Initially Agreement period is of 5 years and after 5 years one can renew with nominal charges.

Royalty

No royalty for 1st year, from 2nd year pay it by monthy collection.

Franchisee Fee

It varies from cities/region to cities/region

Dedicated Center Area

No other KinderGarten will be open in radius of 3 KM from the existing KinderGarten in area.

Payments

All payments shall be made in favour of S.L. Educations (Delhi).

GST

GST will be applicable as per Govt rule.
